They optimize time and resources by helping teams to quickly identify and fix problems, enhancing the communication in a structured yet unconstrained way, mitigating risks, and continuously reducing waste, such as, efforts in rework, waiting times and over processing. Lean and agile practices are implemented to ensure that all departments and teams involved in a project or service can work smoothly managing their dependencies in an efficient way.An Agile Delivery Consultant supports a business area in the implementation of the project and services, such as, changes in technology, revision of processes, and a culture of growth mindset. A direct collaboration with our customers is expected to promote the agile culture across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult T-Systems managers and customers through the problem solving process to manage main issues and provide actionable recommendations leveraging your business and technology background.Present results to the customer management layer and advise on their successful achievement in collaboration with team members.Deliver tailor-made business and technology agility trainings, workshops and practices both internally and to our final customers ensuring the efficient value delivery.Manage complex IT delivery projects and products throughout their entire lifecycleAssess and consult in-house and customer development and business teams to build products with strong user value, impressive usability and high-quality standards.Lead product strategy and roadmap workshops, facilitate the definition of MVP functionalities and collect user feedback to implement actionable product development.Qualifications5+ years of agility experience in technology- and strategy- related roles in a professional service, consulting, industry or start up environment (e.g. agile coach, consultant and trainer) with a proven record of high performance and outstanding industry references.Experience working with various practices: Project & Product Management, Portfolio Management, Objectives and Key Results, Practices around High Performing Teams (e.g. Scrum and Kanban).Proven track record of leadership in a business and technological environment.Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology.Experience with JIRA and Miro.Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and in Spanish.Willingness to collaborate on-site at T-Systems and/or customer offices across Spain (Madrid / Barcelona).What do we offer you?International, positive, dynamic and motivated work environment.Hybrid work model (remote/on-site).Flexible working hours.Continuous training.
