A PhD is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation.Proven experience in leading and managing AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.Experience in a leadership role, driving strategic initiatives.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong leadership and potential team management abilities.Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation are a plus.We positively value all work or study experience abroad.All positions require a high level of English (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in English.
