Right now, we’re looking for an AI Manager to join our team at Globant! You will get the chance to.
Lead the functional solution design that aligns with business goals.
Lead the technical design and end-to-end development of AI solutions that meet business technical standards.
Oversee all phases of AI project implementation, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and explore new AI products and use cases.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration on generative AI projects, promoting innovation and shared objectives.
Regularly evaluate the performance and impact of AI solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business objectives.

Value oriented Project management Client relationships Communication Fluent English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences.
Experienced in delivering AI solutions to clients.
understanding use cases business value and proposing state-of-the-art tech solutions that maximize the investment return for the client Generative AI.
state-of-the-art LLMs, RAG architectures, prompting techniques, frameworks, end-to-end solutions.
Strong understanding of ML algorithms and frameworks Cloud experience.
Azure, AWS, GCP Ontologies and graph databases knowledge (neo4j, CosmosDB, Neptune) and graph query languages (SPARQL, Cypher) would be a plus.
