This involves evaluating potential partners' alignment with the company's values and goals, as well as their market reach and capabilities.Training and Development: Providing partners with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and support the product. This includes product training, sales techniques, and ongoing professional development to enhance their capabilities.Performance Monitoring and Management: Continuously monitoring the performance of partners against predefined benchmarks and metrics.
