We do this through talent acquisition and development solutions that focus on people, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.About the client:We are working with a company in the services industry that has won a significant contract for the Management of Maintenance Operations for one of the most prominent airlines based in Barcelona.Job description:We are seeking an Outstations Coordinator, who plays a critical role in managing and optimizing stock levels across various operational bases. This position ensures material availability for outstation operations, resolves stock discrepancies, and actively contributes to improvement projects within the supply chain and maintenance domains.Main Responsibilities:Stock Coordination Across BasesMonitor and manage inventory levels at outstations to ensure alignment with operational needs.Collaborate with Maintenance teams and local staff to address material requirements proactively.Optimize stock distribution across locations, avoiding shortages and excesses.Discrepancy ResolutionInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies, including mismatched inventory records or operational anomalies.Work with Repairs and Procurement teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Supply Chain improvement ProjectsParticipate in projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and reliability of outstation supply chain processes.Contribute to initiatives like process standardization, data accuracy improvement, and system integration.Collaboration with internal and external teamsAct as the primary point of contact for outstations regarding material-related queries and issues.Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to address operational challenges promptly.Data Analysis and Reporting Use data-driven insights to assess stock performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present reports on outstation stock status and discrepancies to stakeholders. Requirements:Experience: At least two years of experience in logistics, material planning or aviation supply chain roles.Education: Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or a related field.Languages: Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Competences:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Familiarity with Aviation ERPs (AMOS experience is a plus).Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with outstation logistics or base stock management.Knowledge of customs and transportation regulations.Background in aviation maintenance or material support operations.Occasional travel to outstations may be required.
