1. Conduct Customer Insight for overseas customers of AliExpress Business Line, support company ， operation, product, technology algorithm, design and other functional departments to formulate and optimize strategies, promote the healthy and efficient development of business;2. Responsible for carrying out independent research, combining research methods, big data analysis and various innovative methods, digging into users' pain points and potential demands, analyzing real users' behaviors and psychology, and working closely with the business side, optimize and improve user experience, find business opportunities and breakthrough points, promote business rapid, sustainable development, innovation and change;3. Combining the current situation and needs of business, integration of resources, promote and achieve the application of research resultsJob Requirements:1. Psychology, anthropology, sociology, statistics, information science, human-computer interaction, cognitive science and other professional priority, more than 5 years of research experience, at least one experience in an internet research, retail brand research, market consumer research firm;2. Rich quantitative/qualitative research experience, clear logic thinking, familiar with various commonly used statistical analysis tools;3. Business Insight and business deconstruction ability, based on the understanding of the business, to plan the research content of the business area, solve the business core problems, promote the research results from the top down, and effectively influence the management decision-making;4. Excellent ability of structural thinking, information collection, summary and induction, can integrate data analysis, research and other insights into industry development drivers, trend direction forecast;5.
