Alliance Operations Support Specialist Alliance Operations Support Specialist (AOSS) Major Tasks and responsabilities.
• Work closely with Bayer Alliance Operations Manager to provide administrative support for Alliance Management preferred external supplier relationships.
• Tracking of resource requests including onboarding / offboarding personnel from external suppliers • Invoicing review and processing, provide technical support to the Alliance Operations Manager with invoice process management and payment tracking. • Solve internal and external queries.
• Support as necessary with financial reporting processes such as forecasting and accruing. • Financial / Contractual database maintenance (Sharepoints).
• Process maintenance support - updating of guidance documents, SOPs, collection of Key Performance Indicators • Support with meeting organization and administration for critical Bayer - Supplier meetings • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Bayer stakeholders (Operations, Account Payables) and external supplier points of contact.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification / work experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical development / finance.
He/she needs a strong financial understanding and an in depth knowledge of all Microsoft Office, SAP and financial programs.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
