Start your future with BorgWarner now! Job Purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven ” individual to join as an Analog IC Design Intern.
The Analog IC Design Intern will work closely with a mentor throughout the development process on high-impact and high-visibility projects.
Key Responsibilities Assist in schematic capture and simulation.
Assist in the development of efficient circuit designs meeting functional and yield requirements.
Work with layout designer to implement layout of circuit blocks.
Preparation and presentation of detailed circuit design reviews.
Evaluation of samples in laboratory Design documentation of circuit blocks What We’re Looking For Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or be a graduate from an accredited college GPA of 3.

scale, or B average, upon initial hire date Coursework focusing on analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design, covering topics such as op-amps, current mirrors, semiconductor devices, feedback theory, gm/id design methodology.
Familiarity with the following tools.
Cadence analog and mixed-signal design tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, etc) Analog circuit simulators (Spice, Spectre, Eldo, etc) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word What We Believe Inclusion - We value diversity in people, ideas, and experiences.
