ANALYTICAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN

📢The successful candidate will join 3PBiovian as an Analytical Services Technician.🚀Main responsibilities:Prepare and track the analytical technical strategy to the Technical Transfer policies in a Biotechnology industry, not only from customer to laboratories but also between departments.Evaluate the analytical technical documentation of the potential methods to be transferred and/or implemented to the laboratories.Carrying out the Risk Analysis by preparing the GAP together with laboratories.Review development, qualification and validation reports according to existing international guidelines.Follow-up the Technical Transfer runs and Scale-Up batches in order to assure the right performance of these batches and meet the criteria defined. Prepare the analytical evaluation that will be part of the transfer report.Design intermediate stability studies, compatibility studies and write the protocols associated with these studies.Prepare sampling plans associated with projects in different production stages.Participation in the preparation of specifications.Responsible for the search and proposals of new analytical technologies according to the state of the art.Evaluate the performance of analytical methods and propose solutions to technical problems.Participate in the risk analysis sessions following HAZOP/FMEA methodologies.Provide technical support during customer meetingsComply and assure the compliance of the GMP regulations.📖Assessment criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or any other related discipline is required.Previous experience working for a CDMO is desirable.5 years of experience in technical transfer activities of Biological processes: Internal and external technical transfer.At least 5 years of experience in stability and compatibility studies and the protocols associated.Experience in risk analysis and HAZOP/FMEA methodologies.Expert in GMP regulations.Fluent in English.❗️❗️Why 3P Biovian?You will have 27 paid days off: 24 vacation days + 2 personal days + 1 day off set by the company.Flexible compensation plan, allowing all employees to allocate up to 30% of their gross annual salary to daily services exempt from income tax (childcare, health insurance, training, etc.).Company benefits club, which allows 3P employees to obtain exclusive prices and discounts on a multitude of products and services (Booking, Fnac, Rituals, El Corte Inglés, etc.).Flexible working hours during the week and a reduce work day on Friday of 7h.Special Summer working day of 7h during July and August.3PBio is committed to the continuous, updated and personalized improvement of our personnel's learning.
