In our constantly growing environment, we are improving and we need you to help us!What you will be doing:During your first day…You will be introduced to our development team and you will be sitting with our development team to deep-dive into our Android code (mainly written in Kotlin). You will also receive a Mediktor welcome pack to start feeling the vibes.After your two weeks…You will have a better knowledge of the team and our rituals (if you are lucky, you will experience our after-work activities) and you will have given us feedback via your first Sprint retrospective; we are an open team that value different opinions to improve! The knowledge of our product will still be far from ideal but you will already know what an evaluation is and how we are improving access to health care.After your first month….You will have delivered several versions of our corporate app in Production, improving small features. You will have a better knowledge of our product functionalities and how we are integrating them in our different customers. You will have had the chance to meet 1:1 with your teammates to share experiences.And after three months, you will be able to:Develop Android projects from inception to final delivery autonomously.
