This SDK will empower publishers to seamlessly integrate their content, offering engaging user experiences on Android devices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure the SDK meets the needs of modern media consumption.Your qualifications and experienceWe expect that you have a B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and bring with you 3+ years of experience. In addition, we are looking for:Must have3+ years of professional experience in native Android development, preferably with experience in building SDKs or libraries.Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with a deep understanding of Android frameworks (Jetpack, Android Architecture Components, etc.).Experience with Android Coroutines.Knowledge and experience of MVVM, Clean architecture and creating reusable components.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.Experience in writing well-tested code.Understanding of OOP, design principles, patterns and practices & tradeoffs each brings.Experience working with version control (Git), code reviews, and Agile methodologies.Experience with Atlassian suiteNice to haveExperience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and other Google Play Services.Knowledge of iOS development is a plus for cross-platform understanding.Familiarity with media-specific SDKs or working on news or content delivery apps.Understanding of analytics SDKs and tools like Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics.Experience with JavaScript would be a plus.CI/CD exposure with Jenkins would be a plus.As a person, you areA team player that is happy to engage in discussion on how to deliver the best possible product.Proactive with a passion for building user-friendly, innovative solutions for media consumption.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Curious about learning and investigating new technologies.Fluent in English.WHAT WE OFFER⛴ Being part of dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals.☄️ Expected salary range 33.000 - 38.000 EUR gross per year, depending on knowledge and experience.⚖️ Flexible working model: ​hybrid⛱ 23 holiday days.✔️ DKV private health insurance from day 1.⛹ Gym Sponsorship.✏️ English and German language classes.✊ A young and ambitious team that knows when to work but also when to have fun (Pizza day, Summer event, Padel Tournaments, etc).
