API DESIGNER (100% REMOTE WITHIN SPAIN)

We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What are we looking for?We are looking for an API Designer, to be part of a team working close to one of our main clients, banking sector.This position can be performed 100% remote from any location in Spain.💡 What UST expects from you?Nº years of experience 3+ years-Experience in API Architecture.-Expertise in REST fundamentals and API design best practices with Open API (ideally open Api Specification 3.0 standards).-Strong knowledge of API Standards & patterns.Good spanish and english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.Functions and responsibilities:The rol will be focussed on analyst/design.The main focus will be designing the API spec and some focus on building out the swagger.-Highly specialized role, with expertise in REST design and API architecture.-Certified by and reporting to Local Head of APIs.-Engages with Solution Design Architects, project teams, security architects and functional experts to refine API demand so that it can be properly evaluated.-Executes API Definitions for approved API Proposals, engaging with Terms Dictionary team to complete API Definition.-Guarantees that API Definitions comply with Global API Normative.-Carries out the identification (RESTification), specification and realization (design) of the APIs based on the functional and technical requirements.-Has a profound knowledge and understanding of Santander Group API Normative, Standards & Patterns, and contributes to those providing feedback and promoting enhancements.-Define all test-cases susceptible to be virtualized and tested (platform, technical and business level). Produces corresponding documentation to publish on API Marketplace so consumers meet virtualized cases.Elaborates Data set for test-cases.-Responsible to produce API Design Deliveries following API design rules on API Specification, documentation, and virtualization bases.-Translate the functional requirement into several APIs by having a clear understanding of the business and its functions.Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability CertificateWork Location100% remote within Spain.⏰ Work scheduleBusiness Hours.
