We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.Job Description:As the App QA Lead in our Content Operations team, which consists of QA testers and content coordinators, you will be responsible for all aspects of content onboarding across multiple TV devices and manufacturers. You will help drive processes, quality, and technical partner communication. This role will coordinate and perform both manual and automated testing to ensure high standards are met.Job ResponsibilitiesLead Content Operations Team: Oversee the QA processes and content onboarding quality and delivery within the Content Operations team. Provide guidance to QA testers and content coordinators to ensure efficient and accurate content and app onboarding.Testing and Advisory: Perform tests on behalf of Titan OS and provide advisory support to partners and content providers. Share structured test results, propose improvements, solutions, and provide guidance until identified issues are resolved.Define Testing Strategies: Develop testing strategies and approaches to validate functionality and performance, focusing on app and FAST channel onboarding.Ongoing Testing and Updates: Handle testing of new applications and ongoing re-testing and updates, ensuring continuous improvement and reliability.Log Analysis and Root Cause Identification: Analyze logs to identify root causes of issues, update technical specifications to mitigate similar issues in the future, and strive for continuous improvements to make it easier to onboard new apps and channels on Titan OS.Project Management: Ensure content onboarding and certifications are delivered on time and meet high standards.KPI and Objective Tracking: Establish and track KPIs and team objectives, focusing on the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.Requirements7+ years of relevant experience as QA engineerExperience with using frameworks such as Selenium/CypressExperience deploying in AWSExperience with HTML, XML, JSON, and CSSExperience with API/Web Services using tools like PostmanExperience integrating testing into a CI/CD pipelineStrong communicator and fluent in EnglishReasons to apply:Change the future of TV!
