APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a   Application Support Analyst   Role purpose.
VF Financial Clearing House is a Group competence centre for global B2B clearing solutions for high value  non-standard products and services.
It delivers E2E solutions for business models from 3rd party billing to Intercompany recharging and settlement processes at highest automation level.
In this function, the role will primarily act as the data and quality expert for the various services lines and projects, which enable high volume financial clearing between Vodafone Group, local markets and 3rd parties.
What you’ll do.
Dispatching of service request tickets or incidents to responsible processor  Monitoring due dates of pending tickets and reminding responsible processor  Analysis of incoming incidents to improve automated processes with support from FCH-IT  Manage daily IT operational tasks relating to service requests and incident management related to Roaming services  Monitoring and analysis of incoming billing data for Roaming services with support from FCH-IT  Requesting missing billing data for DCHs (e.
.
Syniverse) based on service request tickets   Analysis of Revenue Assurance controls and driving measures to avoid revenue loss for local market  Monitor current demand status and provide governance support What you’ll bring to the team.
Data Analytics skills  Ideally Financial background  Absolute integrity, management of sensible financial values  Ability to operate in dynamic, high-growth, high-uncertainty environments.
