Our comprehensive software suite revolutionizes every aspect of new and used vehicle sales and management.📋 Context of the Position : We are looking for an application support consultant level 2 for a fixed-term contract.The application support consultant level 2 performs an in-depth analysis of the issues raised by users who use our product, assesses the level of impact of the issue and prioritises it according to established protocols. The application support consultant provides answers to complex questions that require functional or application code review. He/she performs analysis of incidents in databases and systems, acting to the third level if necessary or, if possible, takes the necessary steps to resolve them. He/she reports the resolution of incidents to the client, and if necessary organises calls with the client to explain the resolution.The application support consultant Involves the relevant departments in case the casuistry requires it, making a briefing of the analysis and offering possible solutions if possible.🎯 Your responsibilities :As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for : Manage tickets for the Nextlane products assigned to you following the protocols of each product in this regard.Analyse complex queries and provide answers based on functionalities and code.Ensure compliance with SLAsManage the backlog correctlyMeet the productivity, reopening and quality parameters required for the service.Manage the resolution of incidents that, due to their complexity, can be solved by the agent.Perform the corresponding incident escalation if a customer query exceeds the level of knowledge or technical scope of the support level.Provide feedback on the progress of the case, facilitate final resolution and/or follow-up of actions.Log call and email activityAccurately flag bugs and report them to development teams for correctionParticipate in organising meetings with Marca to address complex queriesHelp in detecting programme errors with high impact for users and use the necessary mechanisms for their solution and report them to the structure.Report recurrences to the structure and if possible propose improvements and/or corrective actions.Share relevant information to the rest of the team in collaboration with the trainer and with the structure.Follow up customer requests and their processing in the internal tool used, respecting the procedures. 🕵️ What we are looking for :Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT development.Experience and skills as application support consultantExperience and skills in PHP and API.Languages:Fluent level of EnglishTechnical Skills: - Databases (MySQL)- PHP- HTML - APIS (Postman/ SoapUI)- Javascript - CSS- OOP- Use of mvc framework (model, view, controller)- ORM and connectors to the database from php- Other languages: XML, JSONSoft Skills: - Analytical and synthetic skills- Quick reaction to critical situations- Good customer communication skills, providing accurate information in an appropriate manner to the interlocutor with whom we communicate.- Handling of complicated situations, ability to de-escalate conflicts and seek solutions.- Ability to work in a team, give feedback, share information.- Autonomy and taking ownership of the work assigned.- Be participative, take initiative, collaborate with the team and other departments.- Seek self-improvement of self and department/organisation.🤝 Our Recruitment Process:30-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.Two interviews with our Hiring Managers to evaluate your technical and soft skills.Join us and be part of the Nextlane adventure that is shaping the future of the automotive industry!💎 Our AdvantagesWe value flexibility and trust within our corporate culture, offering benefits that reflect our commitment to our teams:🏡 Possibility to telework up to 3 days a week!🤝 €1500 referral bonus for each talent you capture.
