AR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSISTANT ADVANCED ENGLISH (CUENTAS POR COBRAR)

Marlex Human Capital needs to hire a Accounts Receivable Assistant with Advanced English for a multinational next-generation payment platform, experts in payments and software.Key responsibilities:Manage cash application and support bank reconciliations.Create Customer/ partners invoices based on contractual terms and volumes from various sources.Review and manage customer contract data.Support collection activities to ensure timely collection of receivables and keep AR agings current.Support and manage customer disputes.Support month end closing tasks.Provide customer support for billing issues.Ensure compliance with AR processes and SOX environmentHere’s What We’re Looking For: 1 years of experience in a similar position.Solid communication skills both verbal and written to be able to effectively communicate finance needs with internal and external parties.English and Spanish. Other language is a plus.Natural curiosity and commitment to problem solving.Analytics skills and attention to detail, while still being able to multitask in challenging situations.Ability to work independently and with a global team.Ability to adapt quickly to change.Knowledge of Excel is required. Netsuite knowledge is a plus.Technologies We Use: Oracle NetsuiteFloqastMS Excel and MS WordOffered: Contract: Temporary + Maternity Cover (Start in August/early September, maternity leave expected in early November).Gross Annual Salary: 25-26K range + Benefits: Super modern office in Valencia, in-person in Valencia, with the possibility of 100% remote work if residing outside, flexibility to occasionally visit Valencia.Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, flexible start and end times, must adapt to needs, for example, ensuring 2 to 3 hours of contact during meetings with the US.100% remote (possibility to work onsite in Valencia)
