Should have worked with the team size of above 5 Infra, technically guided, the team. Primary skills:Architect and implement W365 solutions, aligning with business objectives.Integrate M365, SharePoint, Teams, and other productivity tools.Expertise in Configuring Intune and PoliciesKnowledge on Intune Provisioning and Conditional Access PoliciesKnowledge on Azure Identity ManagementExpertise in Azure Virtual Desktop Design and ImplementEnsure scalability, security, and compliance on W365/AVD deploymentsTroubleshoot complex technical problems.Optimize W365 performance and user experience.Driving the cloud Solutioning Azure activities for large complex migrationExpertise in On-prem/Public cloud Infra assessments using Azure MigrateMigrating on premise VDI workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate / ASREnsure that the proposed solution covers Azure Cloud Architecture FrameworkStakeholder management as well as the actual solution covering Business, Application and Infrastructure as well as commercial aspects (in terms of value for money and not commercial costing etc.)Understanding customer Infra landscape. Design and build Azure Landing Zone activitiesProvide the Azure target architecture and its BoM pricing and licensing related detailsStrong knowledge on Windows File and Print Services and troubleshooting skills with cluster related issuesStrong in administration of DNS, WINS, DHCP Servers.Hands on experience in configuring and managing DFS Secondary Skills:Design infrastructure & VDI solutionsDesign business continuity/DR solutionsDesign identity, governance, and monitoring solutions (at least minimum exposure)Work with Internal stakeholders, Customer stakeholders and Project Managers to understand the migration requirements and provide solutions accordinglyEnsure no technical risk turns out to be an issue by adopting a rigorous risk mitigation planActive participation in Post Project Harvest capturing key lessons and providing inputs to improve Nice to Have:Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform).Knowledge of information architecture and user experience design.Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks.
