ABOUT THE ROLE The EAM Repository Manager will be responsible for managing STADA’s Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) repository tool (LeanIX) and to ensure that it is effectively utilized to support the organization's enterprise architecture governance process. The EAM Repository Manager work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the EAM repository tool is aligned with the organization's business objectives and is consistent with the enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES *Manage the EAM repository tool (LeanIX), and ensure that it is effectively utilized to support the organization's enterprise architecture governance process*Responsible for the development, refinement and for populating the EAM Repository (LeanIX) in accordance to STADA’s Enterprise Architecture Principles, Strategy and Guidelines*Monitors and measures the EAM Data*Responsible for EAM data quality and data accuracy making sure that all Application/Platform Owners know how to model properly their assets and maintain the data in accordance to the EAM Guidelines*Participates in governance processes and works closely with application and platform owners – Helps and guide the application and platform owners to align with technical and or functional standards from Enterprise Architecture*Create useful models as per request of the Stakeholders (Validate, refine and expand model in case needed)*Responsible for defining standards and best practices for data analysis, modeling, and queries in the LeanIX Repository*Partners with the governance teams to ensure EAM modeling adhere to the organization’s data principles and guidelines REQUIREMENTS *Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field*5+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture Management including experience with EAM repository tools such as LeanIX* Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Principles, Standards and guidelines*Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and configuration management*Experience with IT service management, project management, and other IT tools and systems*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, practices, and industry frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, etc) as well as IoT development frameworks, platforms and languages (e.g., MQTT, etc)*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Ability to work independently and as part of a team*Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of peers and key stakeholders We look forward to receiving your application through our job portal.
