Job Summary.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive the asset management, market sounding and monitoring of opportunities across geographies for digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities.
Create and Maintain the Asset Management strategy.
Develop the end to end asset management strategy based on process, systems and tools Implement and maintain updated the assets base Monitor the life cycle of the assets from creation to rotation Market Strategy & Growth Leadership.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to assess trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential roadblocks.
Develop compelling materials that showcase our unique value proposition.
Prepare core activity and executive documentation to support the development of the business activity.
Sales Pipeline Management & Acceleration.
Sales pipeline management system to track and forecast business opportunities.
Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales cycle, fostering strong relationships and driving conversion.
Collaborate with the construction, engineering, and real estate teams to ensure a smooth deal flow.
Partner with internal teams (legal, finance) to navigate the complexities of real estate acquisition and sales.
Marketing & Industry Visibility.
Identify, prepare, support and participate in key industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and customers.
Stakeholder Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Foster a collaborative environment that optimizes deal flow and maximizes revenue potential.
Manage customer expectations effectively, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Data-Driven Performance Management.
Implement a data-driven approach to track performance against key metrics.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop insightful reports and presentations that inform strategic decision-making.
10+ years of experience in bussiness planning activity Experience in managing the soil purchase-sale process Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Experience in real estate acquisition or Data Centers sector is highly regarded.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred The incumbent should be able to travel frequently.
