Responsibilities Your role as an Assistant will involve.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations to support departmental initiative planning and communication.• Managing databases and tracking relevant information using Excel and CRM systems.• Using planning platforms such as Atenea to manage programs and courses.• Providing support to students and faculty by addressing inquiries, managing resources, and following up during programs.• Organizing events and programs, including room reservations and coordinating logistics for materials and equipment.• Managing catering services for events and programs.• Updating the department's webpage and landing pages for different projects.• Coordinating multiple tasks and managing various projects simultaneously.• Collaborating with the team and other departments to ensure the success of initiatives.
