\u202f  The \u202f Assistant  will\u202fwork on diverse entrepreneurial initiatives while ensuring the Center's daily operations run smoothly.
Reporting to the Director of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, this role will support project coordination, administrative management, event planning, and communication tasks.
The role is a temporary, full-time position covering a medical leave, with the possibility of extension based on department needs.

u202f  Responsibilities Your role as\u202f Assistant (temporary) will involve.
Project Coordination.
Support the organization and execution of entrepreneurship programs, including Venture Lab (Startup Incubator), International Venture Days and startup competitions; manage logistics with international stakeholders.
Administrative Support.
Handle daily admin tasks, documentation, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination.
Event Support.
Assist in planning and executing events and workshops related to innovation.
Communication & Marketing.
Support inquiries, internal and external communications, and marketing efforts to increase community engagement.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have.
u202f   \u202f  Education.
Bachelor's degree.
Language.
Advanced English and Spanish.
Experience.
Minimum 2 years, preferably in an entrepreneurial or international environment.
Skills.
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience in marketing and/or audiovisual communication is a plus.
