Atlassian offers a universe of tools—including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence—that work together to drive collaboration, development, and project management. The ideal candidate will not only excel in administering Jira but also bring deep expertise in integrating and leveraging the entire Atlassian ecosystem to support Agile processes and improve business operations.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and optimize Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools to meet the specific needs of various teams.Customize and configure Atlassian tools for different projects and departments, enhancing efficiency and workflows.Advise teams on best practices and how to fully utilize the integration of Jira with Bitbucket for source control and Confluence for knowledge management.Support Agile teams by configuring Jira and related Atlassian tools to facilitate Scrum and other Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.Provide training and ongoing support to users across the organization to ensure the effective use of Atlassian products.Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide visibility into project progress, Agile metrics, and team performance.Ensure that all users, roles, and permissions are managed according to best practices and company policies.Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.Conduct audits and ensure that all tools are compliant with security and operational policies.QualificationsProven experience of at least 3 years in managing Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.Deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and its integration capabilities, with a focus on improving cross-team collaboration and development workflows.Ability to customize workflows, projects, permissions, and other configurations across Atlassian tools.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and in configuring Atlassian tools to support Agile teams and processes.Proficiency in user, group, role, and permission management within Jira and Confluence.Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with other software platforms.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.Scripting knowledge and familiarity with Jira APIs is a plus.General SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Professional level of English to communicate with your international colleagues on a daily basis.OUR BENEFITS, YOUR OPPORTUNITIESSalary & BenefitsCompetitive Compensation Package.The health of our employees is a priority for Us so you will have a private health insurance from the first day.25 labor days of Holidays.Flexible remuneration (Fiscal savings for Health insurance for your family, Childcare Tickets, Restaurant Tickets, Public transport, Training…)You can become an ambassador in our recruitment processes and receive rewards for that with our Referral ProgramWork-Life BalanceWe have a flexible work schedule that allows each employee to better reconcile their work and family life.We work in a hybrid model, which is highly valued among employees as it has allowed us to find a balance between the advantages of remote work and the possibility of establishing relationships between colleagues.For those employees who live in another province, we also offer the possibility to work full remote.We are not in favor with the idea of generating overtime.
