Our mission is to drive innovation and deliver high-performance products that enhance our value proposition to the leading OEM global customers.Job briefWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in the Automotive OEM and Tier 1 segment. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Key Roles and Functions: Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes sustainable growth and positive customer relationships.Identification and proactive development of business opportunities in the Automotive OEM and Tier1 segment, worldwide with priority focus on Commercial Vehicle applications.Build and scale the Business Development function within the company, leading a sale and business development teams.Conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research and analysis. Development and Implementation of the Go-to-market strategy.Driving global project development activities.Establishment and expansion of the network within the focus industries, participation in specialist conferences and trade fairs.Early identification of new market trends and problems or creation of the Fersa solution.Project and process management from idea generation through concept, planning and coordination to successful completion.Close collaboration with the engineering team to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.Qualifications and Experience:Proactive approach, independence, business development mindset - "hunter mentality".More than 7 years of proven experience in the field of Business Development for Commercial Vehicle OEM/Tier1, ideally in the Bearing Industry.Experienced Business Development Manager with a deep market understanding.Technical education, preferably mechanical engineering.Business fluent in written and spoken English, German nice to have.High affinity for technical issues, as well as strong analytical skills and commercial or entrepreneurial thinking.Committed personality and strong team player with the willingness to take on responsibilityHigh willingness to travel (approx. 50%).We offer you:Work with cutting-edge technologies in the automotive industry.An interesting and varied field of activity in an international group that has been experiencing sustainable growth for over 10 yearsBe part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence, personal responsibility and independent work in a teamA performance-oriented salary with additional social benefitsBeing a part of our team means that you will be working alongside a fantastic group of competitive individuals who always strive for growth.
