JOB DESCRIPTION As our B2B Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to drive B2B email marketing initiatives, focusing on database management, client segmentation, and email content coordination and creation.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish and streamline our B2B email workflows, ensuring targeted outreach that enhances lead generation and client engagement.
Beyond email marketing, you’ll also support future B2B initiatives, including lead generation, brand campaigns, client success programs, or market trends and performance reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● B2B Email Marketing.
Plan and execute email campaigns, manage client segmentation, and guide content creation to engage real estate agents.
● Database Management.
Build and maintain accurate client databases for effective, targeted outreach.
● Campaign Execution.
Coordinate all aspects of B2B email campaigns, including scheduling, testing, and performance monitoring.
● Content Collaboration.
Work with content writers to ensure messaging aligns with thinkSPAIN’s brand and marketing goals.
● Performance Tracking.
Use tools like Google Analytics to evaluate and optimise campaign effectiveness.
● Client Engagement Support.
Contribute to additional retention and growth initiatives within our B2B strategy.
● Growth Opportunities.
As you progress, take on broader B2B initiatives, including lead generation and client engagement programs.
REQUIREMENTS ● Advanced English (Spanish or another European language is a plus) ● Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field ● Email Marketing Knowledge.
Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot and email strategies for segmentation and targeting ● CRM & Design Tools.
Experience with CRM (e.
., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic design tools (e.
., Canva) for engaging emails ● Organisational Skills.
Strong ability to manage projects independently with attention to detail ● Communication Skills.
Collaborate effectively with the Head of Marketing, content creators, and sales to align messaging ● Analytical Abilities.
