Position OverviewAs a B2B Sales Executive Assistant you will be responsible in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the company's sales operations, serving as a supportive backbones to the sales team and executives. The Sales Executive Assistant role involves a blend of administrative tasks and more strategic sales support functions, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling customer inquiries. Moreover, you will facilitate a more streamlined process from lead generation to closing deals. ResponsibilitiesSales Operations and CoordinationManaging and maintaining the executive's schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize the executive's time and ensure efficient sales operations.Handling sequences, emails, and other communications, filtering and directing messages as appropriate to facilitate effective sales communication and customer service.Organizing and maintaining sales records and reports, ensuring data is accurately entered and readily available for analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.Documentation, Event Planning & Client EngagementPreparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents designed to facilitate sales efforts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all outgoing materials.Coordinating and assisting with the organization of sales event, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively to support the sales team0s networking and client engagement efforts.Market Research, Sales Assistance, and Cross-Functional CollaborationStaying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.Utilizing CRM tools such as Apollo, Salesforce, and HubSpot to manage sales activities, track progress, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.Preparing and delivering regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and revenue projections.QualificationsEducational BackgroundFluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication. C1 Level minimum.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant work experience..Employment Experience2+ years of experience in activities such as B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.Experience working in a remote environment.Deep understanding of the U.S. business culture and market dynamics, with the ability to tailor approaches to resonate with US-based clients.Skills and AbilitiesTech-SavvyResults-OrientedSales and NegotiationOrganization and AdaptabilitySelf-MotivatedBusiness Acumen
