To learn more about our solutions, please visit: https://globallink.transperfect.com/ Your responsibilities and tasks will include:Develop and maintain backend services and APIs to support our applications on both web and mobileCollaborate with cross-functional made up of product managers, quality assurance teams, designers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutionsImplement scalable and efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize performanceParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practicesDebug and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutionsStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our backend infrastructureContribute to the design and architecture of new features and enhancementsCollaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issuesDevelop automation tests/ collaborate with automation engineers to ensure business needs are met, and allow for regression testingWork closely with users to provide personalized software support as neededDocument application support and operational proceduresThe minimum we’re looking for (show us what you got if you aren’t a perfect fit):Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field 3+ years of software development experience Deep knowledge of DotNet C#, MSSQL, Entity Framework and related technologies Proven experience of Agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban Knowledge of SOLID principles Knowledge of clean code practices Ability to work with complex enterprise software architectures Database Development in SQL Server or NoSQL Databases Some familiarity of Docker Experience debugging complex applications Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Azure, AWS, RabbitMQ and Quartz experience is a plus Work model:This position is intended to be largely in-office with a focus on flexibility. Today, most of the global team is on a hybrid model ranging between 3-4 days in the office per week. We aim to find an inclusive balance between everyone's personal lives and responsibilities and the value created from in-office collaboration.
