Our client is a top retail company, and as part of their expansion, they’re looking for a motivated team player with a strong service mindset to support the DACH market from our office in Barcelona.
Tasks
Managing incidences and incoming inquiries from customers and business partners
Supporting the back office team
Be the main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
Providing a professional service by working proactively
Maintain a high level of quality at all time
Requirements
A basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts
Prior experience in Customer Service /Technical support or Back office
A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, being able to work independently and under pressure
Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Knowledge of SAP or other Ticketing system is a plus
Any experience in accounting is a plus
