Tareas
Handled inbound calls from Dutch and English speaking clients.
Process and manage orders, invoices, and documentation.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services during customer interactions.
Maintain accurate data and prepare reports.
Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities.
Requisitos
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in administration, customer support, or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
