The consultant will initially work on the Personuppgifter Från Skatteverket (PFS) project, scheduled for release in spring 2025. This role focuses on backend development with occasional frontend tasks, working closely within a Scrum team. Key responsibilities include building Java applications aligned with client's target architecture, integrating with third-party services, and modernizing legacy systems through microservices implemented in Spring Boot.Key Technologies and Tools:

Deployment: Kubernetes/OpenShift, ArgoCD, Docker

Code Management: Bitbucket/Git

Documentation: Confluence

Monitoring & Analysis: Splunk, Grafana

Database Integration: JPA with IBM DB2

Inter-Service Communication: RabbitMQ, REST

Integrations: SFTP
The role also involves testing, system architecture planning, and requirements gathering in close collaboration with the team and stakeholders. Depending on client's needs, the consultant may contribute to other similar projects within the IT department during the contract.Must-Have Requirements:
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Demonstrated experience and capability to fulfill the role requirements.
7+ years of recent experience in Java development within a distributed, service-oriented architecture.
Proficiency in microservices architecture.
At least 5 years of system development experience within an IT organization with 100+ employees in the last 8 years.
Strong expertise in container technology (Kubernetes).
Experience with Java version 17 or higher.
Willingness to work onsite at client's job location in Sundsvall for a minimum of 3 days per week, with remote work possible for the remaining time.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
