The Role of Banquets Manager.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Banquets Manager to join our team ! Reporting into the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for leading the Banquets department operation with passion and creativity; ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Banqueting team, working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the menus and wine lists, controlling costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control and cost control measures, observing and making recommendations for improvement of facilities and equipment where required, being visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations and taking care of special requests, and coordinating set up requirements for hotel and off-site functions with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

Our ideal Banquets Manager candidate will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
You should have a wealth of Banquets leadership experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and have a highly creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to all our banquets experiences.
Ideally you will also have experience of a new hotel or resort opening, and you must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
