We are Let It Bloom and we have just landed.
We are an honest and ambitious Coffee and Brunch set up.
We are looking for like-minded people to join the team ASAP.
We´re bringing loads of experience from the best coffee shops and eateries of London.
Food, coffee and hospitality are the core of our business and we love what we do..
We are extensive trained professionals and we would like to have people around that would love to learn but also bring their spark to the team.
For the moment, we need a multi-tasked professional that could help us jumping from stations and functions that would be, but not limited to:.
- Greet ALL costumers coming in and out of the shop.
- Work at the till receiving payment, handling pastries, cakes and RTD drinks.
- Make coffee in the most variety of forms, like.
espresso based drinks, filter and pour-overs.
- Make juices and smoothies.
- Serve the tables.
- Keep the shop tidy and organized.
Unfortunately, Spanish and English are non-negotiable.
At least you should be able to explain our menu, products, coffee, methods, food pairings and have a little giggle with our customers.
Previous experience in hospitality definitely needed, some knowledge of specialty coffee appreciated.
We need someone that´s willing to get to the next level of hospitality by being fast, reliable, honest and punctual..
