Join us at Grand Hyatt Barcelona for an exciting full-time Management in Training (MIT) opportunity!Embark on a thrilling journey with Hyatt and gain hands-on experience in some of the most dynamic departments in the hospitality industry.
he pace of the program, which sets a challenging schedule for each Trainee, is based on two phases.
xecutive Offices.
Trainees will work closely with out Hotel Director and Leadership Commitee with a focus in learning the overall operation of the HotelAn intensive period of training focusing on the Trainees agreed area of interest.
he training includes both hands-on practical experience as well as opportunities for the Trainee to develop people management skills in a variety of learning environments.
he length of the program is 9-12 months.

This is a full-time paid Management Internship.
Your schedule will be based on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).

You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or UE.
