Responsibilities:Coordination, routing and development of the company's activities and processes in the area of business development and finding new clients and external and internal communications in the company.Building a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and concluding business relationships with Marti Farm d.o.o. In the Republic of Croatia, and in matters relating to other countries where Marti Farm has clients and partners.Identifying new ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and ads; Tracking individual collaborators and their achievements.Recognizing and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners, exploring and discovering business opportunities.Review of a potential business offering by analysing market strategies, job supply requirements, potential and financial revenue; Evaluation of options; Solving internal priorities; Investment recommendation.Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures into the company's business strategy; Risk and potential testing; Assessment of partners' needs and goals.Arranging a new business offering by coordinating the application; Development and conclusion of contracts; Integrating contract terms into business operations.Maintaining company values by keeping confidential information.Updating of business knowledge through participation in educational opportunities; Maintaining a personal network of business acquaintances; Participation in professional organizations.Improve the reputation of a company by accepting ownership to meet new and different requirements; Exploring the possibilities of adding value to existing jobs.Creation and development of new business concepts and their organization and performance plan.Consolidating the existing and expanding client base and partners.Market research skills and business opportunity identification.Skills for Business Strategy Development and Strategic Planning.Possibility of environmental assessment and predetermined factors as potentially usable in the business sense.Financial analysis and planning skills.The ability to write business deals.Planning of sales and placements of products / services according to customer / market needs.Achieving sales goals.Territorial management and supervision of business.Presentation skills.High energy level.Professionalism in communication with clients and employees.Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above in medical health or marketing related discipline.As applicable hold the relevant professional qualifications for your respective region/country.Independently consult relevant literature and get familiar with the Drug Administration Law, New Drug Approval Method and GCP.Familiar with GCP and Tigermed SOP, master the training assessment materials and training procedures.Have a considerable domestic and foreign contacts in the industry, business development and customer relationship network.At least 10 years of business or project management experience in pharmaceutical or CRO, 5 years of international client management experience in relevant industry. At least 5 years business development contract negotiation experience, with successful contract signing experience.
