Job Description Business Development is a key role responsible for driving the growth of our market area within Maintenance and Field Service.
You will be part of a new team focused on generating new sales opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities Take charge of the initial outreach process, focusing on generating leads, crafting messages, selecting communication channels, and determining optimal follow-up strategies.
Work closely with team members to perform in-depth market research, examining different market segments or areas of focus.
Effectively communicate the value proposition, process, and key differentiators to potential clients before arranging an introductory meeting with the sales team.
Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers involved in the customer selection process.
Record all interactions and planned follow-ups accurately in the CRM system Actively seek feedback on initial meetings conducted by the sales team and refine outreach strategies as needed.
Prepare and deliver regular, insightful reports to senior leadership, highlighting top-of-the-funnel activities and providing accurate sales forecasts.
