BILINGUAL RECRUITING ASSISTANT

Our client, a leading global Private Equity firm operating across three continents, is currently searching for a Bilingual (English speaking) Portfolio Recruitment Assistant who will play a crucial role in streamlining recruitment operations, notably for C-level searches within portfolio companies.Working very closely with the Head of Talent, responsibilities will include:Database and network management: Build out, organise and optimise information to enable fast and accurate access to contactsAggregate and codify critical data on contacts and roles to support data-driven recruitingDevelop systems for tracking interactions and strengthening network contacts, particularly with recurring roles (C-Level)Actively support searches through presentation of shortlists through tapping into codified CRM system and working networkActively undertake research, providing Head of Talent with clear, actionable insights based on existing dataEnsuring data collected aligns with firm’s standards and is in accordance with relevant complianceCollaborate with wider global Talent team as requiredKnow and fully understand how to leverage existing relationships, contacts and dataUnderstand the importance of codifying knowledge and the strength of this information for streamlined strategic searchThis role will be undertaken entirely in English and the chosen candidate must be a natural communicator. A relevant University degree, as well as proven experience in a high performance environment are also prerequisites. Past experience in Executive Search (CRM/Research) or Financial Services would be advantageous. Working knowledge of standard Tech and applications (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, etc.) required. The ideal candidate will be a perceptive self starter who is meticulously organised. They will have a key eye for detail and enjoy taking ownership of information that supports strategic, C-Level recruiting. This is an ideal role for a big thinker who enjoys detail and building the path necessary for streamlined execution. Location – Madrid, Barrio SalamancaSalary – Dependent on Experience + BonusTimetable – Full time (preferably 10.00 – 19.00 to work in line with UK)Benefits – Comprehensive packageIncorporation – Q1 2025Contract – Permanent (subject to trial period)
