our responsibilities will include.
versee and manage property purchase and sale transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual processes.
trong understanding of property purchase processes, contracts, and relevant regulations.
upport the sales team with urban planning enquiries, such as property expansion feasibility, deed reviews, and legal processes.
esponsible for reviewing and validating contracts, ensuring accuracy and completenessRequirementsFluent in Spanish and EnglishAbility to effectively organize and assist a team.
nowledge in real estate operations and experience in managing related transactions.
