To achieve this, we are looking for a full-time "Senior Backend Developer" to join our talented team.Are you in?Requisitos mínimos:• + 6 years of professional experience as a backend programming.• + 6 years experience with Golang/JavaScript/TypeScript or NodeJS.• Experienced with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience• Fluent English skills (B2), both written and oral.Requisitos deseados:• Experience in deploying applications with CI/CD pipelines.• Proficiency with AWS technologies (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS).• Expertise in developing complex User Interfaces with React.• Skill in deploying applications using Docker containers.• Capability in writing unit tests and using Git version control.• Experience in developing applications focused on scalability, performance and reliability.• Residence in Madrid.Responsabilidades:• Develop and maintain the environment's functions and systems, working closely with the rest of the programming team to ensure good code quality and consistency.• Conduct research to find technological solutions to product and business challenges (Web2 and Web3).• Optimising and improving existing systems.• Establish guidelines for coding standards and hotspot identification to enable implementation of improvements.• Assist and train other backend programmers with less project experience or who are not yet familiar with the project.Beneficios:• We make games with a strong craftsmanship component to which all team members actively contribute.• Work-life balance is something we respect, protect and encourage through flexible hours (possibility of continuous working hours and flexible start times).• We do not feed the crunch culture.• Constant improvement of our tools and processes so you can focus on creativity.• Excellent working environment in the company of qualified professionals, who will help you make the most of your potential.• Salary according to experience and skills.* All samples received will be considered confidential and in compliance with GDPR.* All successful selection processes will require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be sent to candidates once they have been confirmed.
