To achieve this, we are looking for a full-time "Web3 Business Developer" to join our talented team.Are you in?Requisitos mínimos:• + 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in Web 3 and other technologies gaming.• Proven project management and strategic development skills gaming.• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and their application in gaming.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar.• Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.• Advanced level of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).Requisitos deseados:• Experience in creating and managing online communities.• Proficient in using CRM and sales tools.• Knowledge of Web 3 game economy systems.• Ability to translate complex technical or strategic ideas into understandable terms.• Experience in performance marketing.• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.• Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital product development.• Knowledge of the gaming industry and existing contacts in the sector.• Residence in Madrid.Responsabilidades:• Identify business oportunities from research and analyze the Web 3 or gaming market to found new business opportunities.• Business proposals that allow develop and present business proposals to senior management, including feasibility analysis and financial projections.• Acquire new clients through the acquisition of new premium accounts.• Client development for reate and manage a premium target client list, using various sales techniques to present our offerings to key decision-makers.• Collaborate with internal teams for work closely with technical and creative teams to support the implementation of growth and monetization strategies.• Manage strategic relationships ensuring stable and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, negotiate business deals, and participate in networking activities to increase Blackmouth Games' visibility.• Market and competitor analysis for monitoring and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.Beneficios:• We make games with a strong craftsmanship component to which all team members actively contribute.• Work-life balance is something we respect, protect and encourage through flexible hours (possibility of continuous working hours and flexible start times).• We do not feed the crunch culture.• Constant improvement of our tools and processes so you can focus on creativity.• Excellent working environment in the company of qualified professionals, who will help you make the most of your potential.• Salary according to experience and skills.* All samples received will be considered confidential and in compliance with GDPR.* All successful selection processes will require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be sent to candidates once they have been confirmed.
