The Position: Brand & Retail DeveloperWe are looking for a doer with a background in Design and Engineering who wants to get involved in the entire process of creating and selling physical products. This role blends creativity, strategy, and practical skills to turn ideas into brands and brands into sales.If you're passionate about innovation, enjoy working on diverse projects, and want to learn about branding, marketing, and retail, we'd love to meet you!Your ResponsibilitiesBrand DevelopmentAssist in developing new physical product brands from scratch.Collaborate on packaging design and promotional materials.Contribute creative ideas to differentiate our brands in the market.Sales and Retail StrategyPrepare and deliver impactful presentations to retailers and supermarkets.Support market data and trend analysis to identify sales opportunities.Manage relationships with key clients and retail partners.MarketingLearn and contribute to the development of marketing and branding strategies.Collaborate on influencer marketing campaigns and digital strategies.Research marketing trends to implement best practices.Operational SupportCreate basic Excel reports on sales, budgets, and campaign results.Work with external teams (graphic design, manufacturing, logistics).What We’re Looking ForEducationDegree in Design and Engineering (UPC, Elisava, IED, or similar).Studies related to Branding, Marketing, or Retail are also valued.3 years of professional experience in similar projects is a plus.MindsetProactive, entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and results-driven.Both creative and analytical: someone who can think of disruptive ideas and execute them with precision.Technical SkillsProficient in design tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote).Basic/intermediate Excel skills (tables, simple graphs, formulas).Experience in influencer marketing and/or retail marketing is a plus.Soft SkillsQuick learner with the ability to adapt to diverse projects.Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What We OfferThe opportunity to participate in exciting and unique brand creation projects from the ground up.Training in marketing, branding, and retail strategies.A dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter.Flexibility and a motivating team that encourages learning and professional growth.Career growth opportunities: grow alongside our brands and projects.Are you excited about the world of design, branding, and retail?
