BROKING PLATFORM BUSINESS ANALYST

This role is critical to the ambition of the CRB business to become a data-driven organisation and fully realise the value from digitising broking processes.
The successful business analyst in this role will be equally comfortable working with business stakeholders in the countries helping them to solve problems and make best use of the platform, as they are working on business requirements for new features and enhancements.
Knowledge & Experience.
• Insurance industry background and understanding of the role of Broker • Familiar with a range of insurance processes and technologies • High-level understanding of insurance regulations • Analysis skills with a high attention to detail • Good Communication & organisational skills • Languages.
Fluent in English and at least one other European Languages Skills.
• Business Process Mapping / Modelling • Business Requirements Definition & Management • Systems Analysis – Reconciling Business Requirements with System Capabilities • Functional Testing Design and Execution (configuration validation) • Stakeholder Relationship Management, asking for support when necessary • Fact finding, discussions with SMEs & regular playbacks with Business SMEs of template changes made • Facilitate checkpoint and Show & Tell meetings wherever necessary and take ownership of ensuring open items are followed through until closure • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to lead demos and training walkthroughs with business stakeholders • Very well organized • Attention to detail WTW Competencies.
