he mission of this role is to support the Budget & Reporting Manager in all the activities related to reporting and financials.
This person will also be in charge for the automation of processes and the execution of the incentive program.
ain responsibilities include.
utomate data processes for reporting and incentive program.
ptimizes the process of collecting data, analyzing sources, and building the necessary data structure, to manage all the information efficiently.
imely execute the entire quarterly incentive program.
llocates of the monthly sales targets to the commercial teams and calculates each employee’s results and incentives.
imely delivers the results to the HR and Compliance Departments, meeting the quarterly deadlines.
ssists on all reporting and financial tasks, such as authorizing invoices, making expenditure requests, etc.
andles the expense requests and follows up the expense authorizations.
upports the team members in the dashboard elaboration processes (sales, activity and others).
o be successful in the role you must have+2 year of experience in a similar position with strong focus on excel.
achelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business) or FP certification.
2 or similar English level.
dvance computer skills and strong EXCEL experience.
macros programming, and use of statistical packages for data analysis.
QL, Access and Power BI expertise.
trong analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
ble to work as a team, communicating and sharing findings with team members.
ood analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions proactively.
ighly motivated candidate with sound judgment, able to handle confidential information, integrity, and a solid work ethic.
