Please specify the type of work you are interested in when applying.The main responsibility of a Tour Bus Driver is to drive our customers on designated routes in Madrid, and to prioritize safety and maintain a high standard of driving. To ensure that the companies schedules and routes are followed. To always greet customers with a smile and be an important part of the customers Big Bus Adventure.Please find below a full job description for the role:Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionalismReport on time to the depot (or office) as scheduled in company uniformPerform and complete walk-round checks / pre-trip inspection of assigned bus for Tour including checking if bus is clean and ready to receive passengersFollow the given route and instructions as scheduledStop at every bus stop on the route (regardless of whether passengers are present)Always maintain the safety of the bus and passengers during the tourFollow all traffic laws rules / regulationsReport any incidents or accidents immediately per company policyTeam SpiritCollaborate closely with all team members to deliver highest level of customer serviceAlways greet customers with a smile and kind approachHave a flexible approach to workRequirementsKnowledgeKnowledge of the tourist attractions in MadridCustomer Service experienceFamiliarity with Madrid roads and routes an advantageSkillsExcellent driving skillsExcellent customer service skillsCompetenciesValid driver’s licence for Spain and all the relevant driving cards/paperworkKnowledge of basic English language would be desirable but not a mustThe right to live/work in SpainAvailability for test driving and interview in Getafe, MadridAll queries MUST be sent to leticia.fernandez@jimenezdorado.com
