We’re an ambitious, talented & international team of 20 eager to build high quality solutions with a radical impact on the economy & society.Backed by strong investors & partners across the fintech sector, we’ve built a suite of disruptive SaaS products using cutting-edge technology: AWS Cloud, EMR Cluster for Big Data, exploitation of AI models, web dev environments, etc. Ours is an execution challenge: how to deliver fast without compromising on product quality.We are seeking a Business Analyst, who will work in our Intelligence Product to lead our scoring process, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, optimize financial processes, and support our strategic decisions. About de roleGain a deep understanding of our business, market, and customer needs to align with mscope’s goals.Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments and with customers.Analyze scoring product performance, hypothesize, test and continuously improve product metricsDevelop scoring product features from ideation to release: gathering data, hypothesizing, conducting experiments, defining goals & requirements, releasing and tracking features’ performanceCollaborate with product and engineering to implement process improvements and automate workflows, improving the scoring productExpand the scoring process to accommodate additional geographies, ensuring it can be easily adapted and scaled across different markets and regions About you 3+ years of experience in Private Equity; Banking or top tier consulting firmAbility to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiencesStrong communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable insights.Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Work proficiency (C1) in Spanish and EnglishThis gives extra points1,5+ years of experience in creating products, ideally in high-growth start-ups and customer facingTechnically fluent; comfortable understanding and discussing architectural concepts, defining trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team membersExperience working closely with engineering and design teams, communicating with them and providing them feedbackRelevant experience working in a startupAbility to earn trust across different levels and multiple groupsBS degree in Accounting, Business, Data Science, Economics, Finance or EngineeringBenefits and perksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performanceHome office friendlyResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withHealth insurance, pension plan and ticket restaurant availableGympass MembershipIf interested, please email people@mscope.tech
