BUSINESS ANALYST - ENERGY SECTOR

At Winning Consulting, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join in our team in a project in one of our clients in the energy Industry in Madrid office (Hybrid model).
As a Business Analyst, you will be a deployer of high-impact solutions and standard processes, with one of your main responsibilities being the creation and upkeep of digital tools designed to enhance and optimize technical and high-value daily operations.
Drive Product Vision.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prepare the product backlog and support strategic decision-making.
Innovate and Implement.
Participate in discovery sessions, testing, and implementing new ideas and projects that drive our business forward.
Craft Engaging User Stories.
Develop, write, and test detailed user stories that guide our product development.
Lead Agile Processes.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, helping keep the team aligned and on track.
Coordinate and Collaborate.
Work closely with the product team to deliver enhancements and meet project goals.
Shape the Future.
Create and maintain a clear and inspiring product roadmap.
Resolve Issues.
Analyze and classify user-reported issues, suggesting effective mitigation and contingency measures to keep things running smoothly.
Report Insights.
Create comprehensive reports on user issues to inform and drive improvements.
Enhance User Experience.
Identify areas for improvement and prepare user stories that elevate the overall user experience.
Educate and Empower.
Create engaging training videos, documentation, and materials to support our users and internal teams.
Communicate Effectively.
Develop impactful presentations tailored to user or back-office needs.
Skills  4+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst, driving success in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Proven track record in managing l arge-scale digital transformation and automation projects that deliver impactful results.
Knowledge of the energy sector or related industries is a big plus—especially in renewables, engineering, and construction.
Strong understanding of IT/OT requirements for implementing innovative solutions, including expertise with web platforms, low-code technologies like OutSystems and Appian, and cloud-based products.
Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
Sharp problem-solving skills with a knack for tackling complex challenges and turning them into opportunities.
Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
