YOUR MISSION Glovo is looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Live Operations Analytics department in our headquarters in Barcelona.
You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help building excellence in Operations with focus into one specific region of countries THE JOURNEY Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the different teams Perform analysis to come up with insights and strategic initiatives to solve the key challenges of Glovo Operations Build analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support the implementation of the initiatives across your region Establish and measure adequate KPIs in order to assess performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives Follow a data-driven decision-making process Be the point of contact on LiveOps topics for a Glovo region, and help define and drive action plans tackling issues and opportunities Report to the Operations Analytics Manager and work closely to the LiveOps Regional Manager WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor in Engineering, Maths/Physics, Economics or any quantitative field 1-2 years of experience working on analytics in a similar/relevant industry Demonstrated proficiency in working with SQL Excel proficiency Consulting experience is a plus Strong strategic vision and business mindset Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects Professional English Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
