BUSINESS ANALYST WITH QA

In this role, you will carry out requirements analyses and help develop customized solutions for our company as well as fully test them to be sure that we have the quality expected.You will work in an international, dynamic team, communicating directly with stakeholders, compliance and final users.This is a partially remote position, meaning that we expect 50% Remote work and 50% work in office (Madrid, Nuevos Ministerios area)Prepare for an online interview in English - We expect a CV in English Your tasks on Requirements analysis and quality assurance domain will be:Record and manage the requirements to ensure that the solutions developed meet the company's needsGuarantee that requirements are compliance with industry standards and regulationsParticipate in release planning meetings to prioritize requirements developmentTest delivered software and report any non-conformity foundParticipate on post-implementation reviews to learn lessons and identify best practices for future projects Qualifications of Your profileA degree in informatics or computer science or many years of professional experience in software development Professional experienceExperience in requirements management as well as priority managementIdeally worked in the insurance sector beforeYou have knowledge of project management methods such as Agile or Scrum Personal qualitiesYour communication and presentation skills are at the highest professional level, you are open-minded and creativeProblem solving and conflict resolution mind setEnglish and Spanish fluency in reading, writing and listening We offer A varied of challenging tasks in an international environment with a shared commitmentWorking with a motivated team that wants to make a difference together A secure position in a growing financial group modern workplace
