The ideal candidate should possess an excellent understanding of business processes, experience in programming, and the ability to handle big data. This role requires a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between IT and business needs to drive insights and improvements.What will your mission be? • Analyze business needs and requirements, documenting and translating them into functional specifications for BI solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to aid business decisions. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and deliver comprehensive BI insights. • Program and manipulate databases to extract, clean, and transform large datasets into usable formats. • Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and reports, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing these tools to derive insights. • Continuously improve and update analytical processes to enhance the business’s data-driven decision-making capability. • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new BI tools and technologies.What do we need from you? • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Business Intelligence. • Programming skills and experience in handling big data. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is required. • Knowledge of SQL and database management.What can you expect in Bluestone? • A challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic and growing environment. • A supportive team that values innovation and efficiency. • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Professional development opportunities to advance your skills and career.
