BUSINESS ASSISTANT TRAINEE

Job SummaryThe incumbent of this position will join the Facilities team within the Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role is to support administrative operations related to corporate travel management, employee expense control, and car fleet administration. The Intern will handle tasks such as managing data in SAP, generating reports, and assisting employees with travel and expense-related inquiries. Additionally, the role involves cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring audit compliance, and performing other administrative responsibilities as required.Key AccountabilitiesWorking LifeCar fleet: administrative tasks, download km travel reports, perform electric cars report analysis, control fleet listTravel: invoicing download into SAP and posting all the invoices, accounts reconciliationsControl travel expense reports Help employees on enquiries about travel expenses.Collaboration in case of internal or external auditOthersPrepare information to provide other departmentsOther administrative tasks upon requestNetworking/Key relationshipsWith all managers and employees, we care about all of themWith the HR Team as a whole With the HR Corporate Team based in BarcelonaMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:Studying a degree in Business Administration/EconomicsKnowledge of SAP is a plus!Extensive knowledge of Microsof Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Language fluency: Spanish native, medium level of English is a mustSkills & Capabilities:High communication skills, both written and spokenResponsible, self-demanding in the achievement of a good jobProactive and with hands on mentalitySelf-organized, able to deal with heavy workloadConcern for learning and understanding processes and tools, seeking the optimization of resourcesOpen to change, flexible and able to adapt and learn from othersAnalytical capacity to understand the processesProfessional even when performing repetitive tasksRole model in terms of Ethics and Compliance
