We look for and develop the best ideas, together, to write the future of the creator economy on the adult vertical in Southern Europe.Get ready to be part of an incredible adventure and contribute to our global success!Position:As Business Developer, based in Barcelona or Madrid, you will work closely with the Growth team to achieve MYM's objectives.Your role will be key to our growth and you will be responsible for recruiting new Top Third Creators in the adult vertical for the Southern Europe market.You will be responsible for generating and converting incoming 'Creators' leads by vertical and geographical location.Your Profile 🏗:Are you interested in learning how agencies support influencers in monetizing their content on platforms like MYM, or have you heard of those helping them grow their business on fansites? Even without prior experience in this field, your curiosity and willingness to learn could make all the difference!You’re interested in the adult industry and its growth in Southern Europe, even without extensive experience in the field.You’re curious to learn more about the specifics of this market: trends, creators’ needs, and audience expectations.You’re eager to develop communication skills tailored to this sector and ready to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion.You’re interested in the main adult trade shows and events in the region, even if you haven’t had the chance to attend them yet : 💡 Eros Porto 💡 Salón Erótico Barcelona 💡 Eros & Amore Italy 💡 EroFeria Valencia 💡 Eros Galicia - A CoruñaYou have experience of participating in and organizing launch parties products (and adult projects is a plus), knowing how to create memorable and effective moments to maximize impact and engagement.You have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.You have a hunter's spirit.You have a thorough understanding of social media and analytics, with a focus on video across multiple platforms.You're determined and enjoy a challenge.You're proactive, versatile, and ready to become an expert in the Creator economy!You want to join a fast-growing project and be able to say "I was one of MYM's first southern european salespeople ".You're fluent in English and Spanish or Italian, and French is a plus.Your main day-to-day tasks 💼:Part 1: From scratch creation of a file of qualified Creator leads by vertical and geographical area.Autonomous feeding of a file of leads to contact/market/countryDefinition of typical profiles to be researched by Growth teams via scrappingFile update for follow-up and transmission to Customer teamsPart 2: Management of all incoming lead pipes from Team GrowthDefinition and creation of automated (or non-automated) strategies and pipelines for staggering Creator recruitment.Choice and diversification of contact levers (Phone, email, Whatsapp, DM Instagram, DM Twitter...)Contacting and qualifying prospective creators to gather relevant information and identify new recruitment opportunities.Recruit high-potential creators in line with your defined objectivesPart 3: Participation in the implementation of new processes and the opportunity to create and scale a Sales department within MYM.Definition of optimizations to be made to the arguments, pipeline and recruitment processes.Analysis of the creative process and communication of feedback to the Product and Customer Teams.As you'll understand, this is a new position, which is why we're looking for an Business Developer with a high degree of autonomy and the desire to create a truly dedicated Sales team if we're successful.With us, you'll become an expert on all aspects of the Creator economy!Joining MYM means working in a startup at the scale-up stage.
