We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst Trainee to join our dynamic team in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience to build their careers in a fast-growing and impactful industry.This opportunity has a project management component and candidates will be analyzing a portfolio of more than 70 Projects in Europe, working simultaneously in cooperation with other members of the teams based in Spain and Italy. Key responsibilities:Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives in the renewable energy sector.Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to create data visualizations and support decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver actionable insights.Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.Support the evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships.Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance business performance.Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.Qualifications:Engineering degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical (preferable). Data science or related field is also valid.0-1 year of experience in business analysis, project management, reporting, or a related role (internship experience is a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Italian and Spanish is a significant advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).Desirable experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.Basic experience in Geographic Information software: ArcGIS, QGIS or ArcViewStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a proactive mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
